Although we’re always happy to point you in the right direction (just contact us!), a paid consultation can be a wise decision for those who would like to be provided with a more detailed direction on what steps they need to take, what kind of financial commitment should be anticipated, and how to get from A to B as smoothly as possible. As part of the consultation a detailed memorandum will be provided outlining everything that was discussed during the meeting, including contact information for local builders, real estate agents, or other professionals who can help guide you in the right direction.

Have a design that you’d like to have drafted? While some architects might thumb their nose at such a task, we’re more than happy to provide drafting services for those looking to design their own project, whether it’s a deck, a new garage, or even something bigger. As Vermonters, we know that many people like to create things themselves, and we’re always happy to help a neighbor out. As a disclaimer to this service, however, it should be known that R. Edwards & Co. takes no responsibility for any errors + omissions in the drawings, but will solely draft what is provided by the client. Therefore, it is recommended that any project designed by a client be brought to a trusted and skilled builder for construction.
